The Roster is offering one scholarship for a lawyer or mental health professional in the following regions of British Columbia: Kootenay, Thompson-Nicola, Cariboo, Omineca, Peace, Skeena, Vancouver Island (except Victoria) and the Okanagan (except Kelowna) who are interested in attending our three day PC Practice Fundamentals and Basic PC Training.
